  • How long is delivery?

    Because we have over 2000 products online, delivery times can vary. For orders placed online before 2pm Monday-Thursday, if the item is in stock at one of our UK warehouses, next working day delivery is included. If the item is not in stock, one of our customer service advisors will contact you. If the item is required for next day delivery, please call us on 01902 324734 or chat online to check stock is available per your requirements.

  • Can I guarantee next day delivery?

  • Do you ship to Channel Islands and Do you charge VAT?

    Yes, However you would need to call us for costs on delivery to Channel Islands as prices will vary dependent on items purchased. The channel Isles are exempt from VAT charges , We accept orders on this basis.

  • Warranty / Repairs

    Please email sales@thecaseshop.co.uk with a photograph, description of what the issue is and your original order number.

    We can then speak to the manufacturer and come back to you with your options.
