How do I set the Peli Combination Lock?

What are field replaceable components? 

The Peli ATX TRVL™ cases are built with components which can be replaced by the customer due to repair or use. The following components which can be replaced are:

• Hinomoto® Wheels
• TSA and Standard Latches
• Multistage Extension Handle
• Soft Close Handles
• Interior Liner

Why does the liner have a frame inside the case?

While most other hard-side luggage has zipper seams sewn into the opening edge or external frames around the opening edge, The Peli ATX TRVL™ Case has an internal frame which snaps into our Patented “T-Rib” brackets. This is for a few reasons:

• To ensure the integrity of the Peli ATX TRVL Case being waterproof and dustproof, nothing penetrates the case.
• The liner and frame can be removed. To clean or replace, the customer can gently pull out the frame from the case.
• Overload fail-safe – in the unlikely event of overloading one side of the case, the liner can release from the frame instead of breaking. When this happens, simply insert the liner channel back into the frame.

How do I care for my Peli ATX Case?

The Peli ATX TRVL Case is made of our Proprietary Peli Armor™ HPX Resin. To clean the plastic case, use mild soap and water with a soft cloth or soft sponge. It is recommended NOT to use; detergents, hard abrasive cloths or sponges, fuels or oils, as these can negatively affect the integrity of the case.

The fabric liner is made of recycled 420D Ripstop polyester. Spot clean with mild soap and cool water and let air dry.
