The BlackBox 3U from Peli-Hardigg is a rack mount case engineered to provide a secure and mobile electronics enclosure. Compact and lightweight, the BlackBox 3U case with its sturdy steel rack frame offers light to medium duty protection at great value. It boasts impressive shock performance for its price with 51 mm (2 inches) of sway space to isolate your equipment. The case has a 56 mm (2.2 inch) lid and a 132 mm (5.2 inch) lid with edge castors which, combined with comfort-grip handles, enable you to move your gear easily. The enclosure has a moulded-in rib design for secure stacking and black hardware that is long-lasting and fastens securely. The BlackBox racks are ideal for audio/video production gear, radio and satellite communications systems, seismic data recording instruments and climate data collection.
