Different sizes of elastic loops provide space and retention for tools in a wide range of shapes and sizes, and ensure they do not move around during transport. The B&W base loop kit tool board can be installed in the tool case quickly, easily, and simply via Velcro, and can be moved up or down as needed. The front and back of this cover board have tool loops in various sizes so that all equipment stays put and keeps contents of the B&W tool.case base tool case neat and organized.
